Refund Policy

1. Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project schedule and initial research or design work.
2. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, payment will be due for all completed work and time invested up to the cancellation date. In the rare event that The Rising Studio must cancel a project, any payment for undelivered work will be refunded in full.
3. Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of creative and consulting services, delivered digital assets (designs, brand documents, strategy materials, etc.) are non-refundable once sent or presented to the client.
4. Payment Errors
If a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 business days at therisingstudiobali@gmail.com to request a correction or refund.
5. Disputes
We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably. If you encounter any issue, please contact us directly so we can review and resolve it together.
