Welcome to The Rising Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our studio.

1. Services

The Rising Studio provides creative consulting, coaching, brand strategy, art direction, and digital design services. All services are delivered according to the project proposal and quotation approved by the client.

2. Payments

Payments are made via bank transfert or a secure payment link provided by The Rising Studio through Xendit. Full or partial payment (deposit) is required before our collaboration begins, as specified in your quotation or invoice. Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise agreed.

3. Invoices & Currency

All invoices must be paid in full, without deductions or delays. Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client. Currency conversions (if applicable) are based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. Delivery

Project timelines and deliverables are clearly defined in the approved proposal. The Rising Studio is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or external dependencies.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets remain the property of The Rising Studio until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (logos, visuals, etc.) transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose project-related details to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Rising Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

8. Modifications

The Rising Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
